Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop the programmatic team, including organization, staffing, roles, and responsibilities while building relationships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and management.
  • •Develop, maintain, track, and update program schedules and earned value baselines; own program contractual responsibilities from delivery through sell-off and verification.
  • •Implement program management best practices to track performance to plan and organize independent cost estimates to validate assumptions and support cost realism.
  • •Provide Agile and DevSecOps oversight for technical approaches, products, and processes, coordinating with engineering leaders and participating in agile events and PI planning.
  • •Collaborate on new business strategy with the Capture Team Lead and coordinate proposal inputs across Boeing business units, engineering functions, and subsidiaries.

Key Requirements
