Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow GTA M&E digital standards and automation procedures to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical and Lighting design using CAD and advanced BIM 3D Revit modeling in a consulting office.
  • •Proficiency in Revit 3D modeling, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and BIM add-ins; Autodesk Revit Certification is considered an asset.
  • •Experience supporting regional or national BIM standards and contributing to design automation initiatives.
  • •Knowledge of Navisworks and Dynamo scripting to optimize workflows.
  • •Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bentley MicroStation; organized and able to perform under project-delivery pressures.
