Equipment Project Manager

Administer, implement, and manage HVAC equipment projects, owning scope, schedule, and budget. Plan and analyze projects, set procedures and schedules, maintain accurate cost forecasts, and manage project cash flow including progress billing and collections support. Coordinate with customers, contractors, subcontractors, and field support to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns. Ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes and create/update project task plans, dependencies, and milestones.
