Production Assistant - Catering Coordination

Support the coordination and delivery of event catering operations for Fever Originals. You’ll help plan and supervise catering activities, manage food and beverage distribution and replenishment, and oversee setup and dismantling of catering and hospitality areas. Monitor vendors for schedule and service compliance, handle day-to-day catering operational issues, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and produce logs, status reports, and incident and final operational reports.
