Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the security engineering team’s strategic vision and roadmap across product, infrastructure, and IT security, with focus on AI security and agentic guardrails.
  • •Define and enforce AI agent and tool guardrails, including scope boundaries, blast radius limits, and rollback mechanisms.
  • •Implement agentic SDLC guardrails such as testing gates and human oversight for AI-assisted development workflows.
  • •Lead security architecture reviews and ensure security guidelines are integrated into day-to-day development processes.
  • •Own vulnerability management by coordinating penetration testing, prioritizing remediation, and partnering with engineering teams to close risk.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of security engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably in crypto, blockchain, or FinTech.
  • •Hands-on expertise in AI security, including risks introduced by LLMs and AI agents, and designing guardrails for AI-assisted development workflows.
  • •Expert knowledge of security architecture across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), modern application stacks, and network security.
  • •Expertise in cryptographic principles and secure coding practices, including common web and blockchain vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10.
  • •Experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, SAML, OIDC) and strong IT security skills including IAM and endpoint/network security.
