Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology transformation programs in TTEC Digital’s Google Practice, coordinating multi-workstream initiatives that modernize customer engagement and contact centers. Partner with clients and senior executives to manage delivery relationships, provide weekly status and project-health reporting, build financial dashboards, and drive adoption of AI capabilities across solution design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall implementation of medium-to-large projects with teams ranging from 3 to 30 people, including internal staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors.
•Manage the overall delivery relationship with clients and provide frequent project status updates.
•Develop weekly status reports covering project progress, health, risks, and issues for clients and the account team.
•Create financial reporting dashboards to provide project financial status to the client.
•Identify and help implement methods to capture benefit metrics and business cases, and support VP invoice accuracy review.

Salary: USD 115,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years of project/program management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations in consulting, professional services, or systems integration environments.
•1-3+ years leading Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES/GECX), Google Conversational Agents, Vertex AI, Gemini, Contact Center AI (CCAI), and/or Google CCaaS implementations from design through deployment and adoption.
•Experience delivering large-scale customer experience (CX) and contact center transformation and AI-enabled modernization programs for enterprise customers.
•Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional global delivery teams of 10-50+ resources across architects, AI engineers, developers, data analysts, QA, change management, and business stakeholders.
•Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies and advanced use of Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 tools.
