Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end annual marketing planning process and establish a single planning system of record with explicit trade-offs.
  • •Evaluate performance drivers using leading indicators and business outcomes to identify low/high performance areas and scale improvements.
  • •Build and maintain the marketing capacity model spanning people, agencies, and agent-based execution to guide commitments against capacity constraints.
  • •Oversee development of highest-leverage marketing workflows for agent execution to improve time-to-market and drive agent adoption with org-wide standards for prompts and agent workflows.
  • •Establish AI governance and adoption guardrails for agent-based marketing, including quality, risk, data privacy, and responsible use; build and lead a net-new team from the ground up.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing operations, or GTM/revenue operations in B2B SaaS/enterprise technology, including ownership of an annual planning or investment allocation cycle at scale.
  • •Experience redesigning marketing workflows around AI, including building agent workflows and writing and iterating prompts and context.
  • •Proven ability to drive sustained behavior change across a large, matrixed organization with evidence that adoption persists beyond initial rollout.
  • •Expertise in end-to-end marketing operations across demand generation, campaign operations, content production, field/events, brand, and analytics.
  • •Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing measurement and how marketing investment connects to pipeline and revenue, ideally in a consumption/usage-based model.
