Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, image, and stage network devices, servers, and peripheral equipment, including installing operating systems, software applications, security tools, and required updates.
  • •Receive, inspect, inventory, track, and audit IT equipment using inventory management systems, maintaining accurate asset records and reconciling discrepancies.
  • •Prepare deployment kits and shipment packages, coordinating shipping/receiving/returns and maintaining chain-of-custody documentation.
  • •Troubleshoot hardware, software, and imaging issues during staging and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
