Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide CEQA and NEPA and permitting expertise, oversight, and accountability for projects.
  • •Serve as Project Manager across project sizes, including financial management and reporting, subconsultant oversight, and technical staff management.
  • •Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to meet scope, budget, schedule, and deliverable quality standards.
  • •Support ongoing contract work by refining task needs, scoping and costing tasks, and identifying and assigning staff.
  • •Lead business development activities including preparing technical proposals, developing client relationships, and mentoring personnel while reviewing work for accuracy and clarity.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •6+ years of CEQA/NEPA document preparation and related technical studies.
  • •6+ years of project/task management, including proposal and/or task order preparation for CEQA/NEPA documents.
  • •10+ years of CEQA/NEPA document preparation and business development for environmental planning projects.
  • •Contract management experience and ability to work independently with strong communication and detail-oriented quality.
