Job Summary

Provide best-in-class credit card support as part of the Credit Card Contact Centre team. Handle inbound phone inquiries for cardholders and financial institution partners, including secure code, website support, rewards/points, card applications, escalations, retention, activation, and balance inquiries. Resolve issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction, validating information, and routing each case to the correct next step. Stay current on program information, products, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage incoming phone inquiries and requests from cardholders and financial institution partners, including secure code, website support, points/rewards, card applications, sales, escalations, retention, activation, and balance inquiries.
•Introduce and promote new services in a business development capacity.
•Maintain timely problem resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Validate customer information and requests; identify customer needs through customer contact.
•Analyze information presented by the caller to determine and process the next step based on the nature of the inquiry.
