Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met.
  • •Troubleshoot, calibrate, or modify hardware, fixtures, and software; test and modify systems and components/assemblies using measuring and diagnostic tools.
  • •Maintain records of production and report issues while following standard procedures, including interpreting data and recording time/test/parts usage changes.
  • •Rework and repair mechanical and electromechanical systems and components/assemblies as needed; ensure systems meet established specifications.
  • •Provide technical solutions to engineering and may assist with design of components/prototypes; may train and mentor new technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • •5+ years of experience performing mechanic repairs, assembly, or other technical capacities within industries such as aviation manufacturing, automotive, construction, etc.
  • •Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • •Ability to interpret and follow component maintenance manuals, blueprints, and other applicable technical documents.
  • •May require certification/credentials for some roles.
