Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to the Line Maintenance Manager and facilitate open employee communication while supporting capability development and team culture.
  • •Contribute to people activities including onboarding, return-to-work, recruitment, and EA compliance.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across operations, safety, training, and planning to support continuous improvement and effective change.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a people leadership role within a large, frontline or industrialised environment.
  • •Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • •Proven ability to coach and develop frontline teams, driving performance, capability, and growth.
  • •Strong experience managing employee lifecycle matters including case management, performance, conduct, HR/IR, EA matters, safety, and wellbeing.
  • •Working knowledge of HR/IR policies, procedures, and systems, with understanding of WHS legislation, fitness for work processes, and relevant compliance obligations.
