Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain backend and mid‑tier services using Golang as the primary language. Build scalable, secure, and high‑throughput RESTful and event‑driven APIs for enterprise platforms.
•Contribute to backend services written in Java and Python, supporting interoperability across systems. Develop microservices and middleware components that enable seamless integration across internal and external systems.
•Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, performance tuning, and observability. Participate in system design discussions, contributing to architecture, scalability, and resilience decisions.
•Support cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and production operations with a strong ownership mindset.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in enterprise or product‑driven environments.
•Strong hands‑on expertise in Golang with production‑grade services.
•Solid experience with Java and/or Python for backend or mid‑tier development and a strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and API design.
•Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
•Hands‑on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containers/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
