Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the team to set software quality goals and development practices and drive continuous improvement.
•Develop software to log and store performance data, usage, and errors for continuous monitoring of solutions and products.
•Integrate software components and third-party libraries into existing systems to ensure interoperability with minimal disruption.
•Analyze and optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and help ensure performance benchmarks are met.
•Act as a technical coach, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members while collaborating cross-functionally to define and ship new features.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or above.
•6-10 years of professional software engineering experience in product development, able to handle architecture and module design independently.
•Proficiency with C# and C++ plus .NET framework; familiarity with WPF and MVVM.
•Strong knowledge of OOAD, algorithms, and data structures.
•Familiarity with Socket and/or CAN communication, Windows OS, concurrent programming, and Agile development methodology.
