Key Responsibilities

  • •Define standards for engineering excellence and evolve architectural direction to support the global product roadmap.
  • •Bridge the gap between product vision, strategy, and execution to shape the technical roadmap and align decisions with strategic goals.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration and break down silos to solve engineering problems at scale.
  • •Lead systemic operational excellence by defining frameworks for SLOs and quality standards to prevent issues.
  • •Coach lead engineers, recruit top talent, and engage with the broader tech community to elevate capabilities and accelerate delivery, including AI-led engineering initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience building and leading mobile applications in high-growth, large-scale environments, including horizontally scaling mobile build and release pipelines and architecting cloud-native backend services and APIs (AWS preferred).
  • •Hands-on integration across the mobile stack with deep exposure to both native and cross-platform application development.
  • •Ability to bridge technical architecture with product strategy and align technical decisions with strategic goals.
  • •Experience coaching lead engineers, recruiting top talent, and engaging with the broader tech community.
  • •Focus on strategic prevention, using delivery and production metrics to identify systemic improvements for security and scalability.
