Key Responsibilities

  • •Support identification of internal/external business factors and accounting issues that impact preparation of SEC filings.
  • •Assist with execution of SEC filings and ongoing financial analysis, including preparing reports.
  • •Analyze peer disclosures to identify reporting trends and improvement areas.
  • •Develop recommendations and action plans to improve disclosures and processes and mitigate risks.
  • •Support Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and implementation/recurring compliance of technical accounting standards.

Key Requirements
