Key Responsibilities

•Set and execute global desalination practice strategy and lead growth efforts as part of the global water leadership team.
•Coordinate with regional leadership and business development to build regional desalination sub-strategies and drive market growth.
•Direct technical and engineering reviews during pursuit stages, and serve as project director/design manager/technical lead for major desalination work.
•Oversee major pursuit capture strategy, align skills with market trends, and build desalination capability through hiring and succession planning.
•Support project delivery excellence by ensuring implementation of MPD/MPS tools and monitoring project performance across supported projects.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred).
•Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.
•Extensive knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technologies and emerging market trends.
•Proven experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) project/program development, planning, design, and implementation internationally.
•Strong relationships and industry recognition through relevant water/desalination organizations and activities (publications/presentations).
