Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute global desalination practice strategy and lead growth efforts as part of the global water leadership team.
  • •Coordinate with regional leadership and business development to build regional desalination sub-strategies and drive market growth.
  • •Direct technical and engineering reviews during pursuit stages, and serve as project director/design manager/technical lead for major desalination work.
  • •Oversee major pursuit capture strategy, align skills with market trends, and build desalination capability through hiring and succession planning.
  • •Support project delivery excellence by ensuring implementation of MPD/MPS tools and monitoring project performance across supported projects.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Environmental, Civil or Chemical preferred).
  • •Several years of leadership experience in the water engineering or professional services industry.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the global desalination market, including desalination technologies and emerging market trends.
  • •Proven experience delivering desalination (or similar water/wastewater) project/program development, planning, design, and implementation internationally.
  • •Strong relationships and industry recognition through relevant water/desalination organizations and activities (publications/presentations).
