Job Summary

Director-level leader responsible for the Water Line of Business within Industrial Automation Smart Energy in Europe. You will lead end-to-end water portfolio management, driving strategy, innovation, and market penetration with hardware and software-enabled solutions, report to senior leadership, and operate on a hybrid schedule from Europe to expand Honeywell’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the entire water portfolio lifecycle, driving strategy, innovation, and execution to meet business objectives.
•Develop and implement solutions strategies enabled by both hardware and software products to accelerate market penetration and customer adoption.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support business growth.
•Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of both hardware and software focused product managers, fostering a shared vision and collaborative culture aligned with Honeywell’s values.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain to deliver integrated hardware and software solutions.

•Proven leadership experience managing product or portfolio teams within Industrial Automation, Smart Energy, or related sectors.
•Strong track record in portfolio management with end-to-end responsibility, including innovation and market penetration.

•Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and align teams around a shared vision.
•Experience collaborating across functions and geographies to drive business results.
