Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience and complete complex and standardized client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying needs/opportunities (referring to specialists when appropriate).

Key Requirements
