Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical direction of Xero’s front end and guide a modern front-end stack across multiple teams.
  • •Deliver shared foundations for front-end development (component libraries, design systems, and developer tooling).
  • •Influence and improve CI/CD and platform-level delivery pipeline capabilities.
  • •Shape the longer-term roadmap for front-end performance, accessibility, and developer experience.
