Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive execution of complex technical programs across software, firmware, and system-level components for video products.
  • •Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria aligned to product and business goals.
  • •Coordinate engineering, QA, product, operations, and external partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
  • •Establish program timelines, identify risks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • •Partner with QA and engineering on test strategies, quality benchmarks, release readiness, and monitor program health metrics with status reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or QA leadership roles.
  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience managing cross-functional programs spanning software, firmware, and hardware integration.
  • •Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and CI/CD/release management.
  • •Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and system integration, plus risk and dependency tracking.
