Personal Banker

Serve as a client-first advisor within the branch team by uncovering customers’ financial needs through in-person and proactive phone conversations. Meet individual sales and referral goals, open consumer and small-business accounts, and deepen relationships with tailored deposit, lending, and home equity solutions. Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, support teller-line transactions as needed, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs, including Saturday work as directed.
