Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete four mandatory six-month rotations (plus an optional fifth) across Operational Excellence, Materials, Quality, and Plant Leadership/Supervision.
  • •Apply continuous improvement activities such as value stream mapping and lean manufacturing methodologies in Operational Excellence rotations.
  • •Develop capabilities in production planning, inventory optimization, planning systems, logistics, and SIOP-related work in Materials rotations.
  • •Support quality improvement through process capability work, supplier quality, and data-driven root-cause analysis to reduce COPQ.
  • •Gain direct supervisor experience managing operations, ergonomics, safety, and productivity on the manufacturing floor.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in an Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain, completed prior to the ADP start date (GPA 3.0+).
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills (e.g., school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor) or exceptional leadership of work projects.
  • •Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • •Problem-solving ability with the ability to identify underlying causes of complex operational issues.
  • •U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
