Key Responsibilities

  • •Actively manage programs from beginning to end using comprehensive program management plans (scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, communications).
  • •Coordinate with team members and resource managers to ensure allocations meet program needs and address gaps.
  • •Monitor, communicate, and control program performance against plan, making adjustments to drive actions on identified gaps.
  • •Ensure the program team executes the plan in adherence with phase-gate methodology and tools.
  • •Identify and manage program risks by mitigating issues, creating contingency plans, and escalating when needed.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 4 years’ experience in product development or engineering.
  • •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, including schedule, budgets, product quality, and risk management.
  • •Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from idea through launch.
  • •Ability to travel up to 10%.
