Sales Consultant

Build customer-first relationships as you guide shoppers through finding the right vehicle at CarMax. This role includes paid training and mentorship for sales without prior experience, helping you learn inventory and product knowledge. You’ll support customers through appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, provide clear and honest guidance, complete accurate transaction documentation, collaborate with the team, and follow EH&S requirements while maintaining a clean work area.
