Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure or energy projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients.
  • •Proven leadership capability setting high standards, managing performance and people/resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • •Practical understanding of CDM and ability to lead health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility.
  • •Strong client and industry partnership skills, building long-term trusted-advisor relationships.
  • •Degree-level qualification in a management/construction/infrastructure-related subject or equivalent experience, plus professional affiliation and/or project management certification (e.g., APM/ICE/PRINCE2/MSP/ChPP) and/or NEC accreditations/qualifications.
