Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a key client contact, building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • •Support business development activities, including client meetings, networking, proposal preparation, presentations, and bid submissions.
  • •Lead structural delivery of complex building projects, ensuring quality, technical excellence, and compliance with applicable standards.
  • •Review and oversee structural calculations, reports, drawings, and technical submissions, and resolve engineering and delivery challenges.
  • •Coordinate structural engineering resources within the Jeddah office, manage project programmes/budgets/deliverables, and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
  • •18+ years of experience in structural engineering, including delivery of major building projects.
  • •Strong client-facing experience managing stakeholder relationships and winning new work.
  • •Proven ability to manage project delivery while balancing technical, commercial, and client expectations.
  • •Extensive knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures plus Saudi/regional/international design codes and standards.
