Key Responsibilities

•Develop scalable Python applications focused on GenAI and ensure they integrate with back-end services and front-end interfaces
•Lead the design, development, and fine-tuning of applications built around foundation models (LLMs, multimodal models) for business needs
•Implement and experiment with generative AI techniques (RAG, prompt engineering) and agentic systems for complex decision-making and external interactions
•Utilize AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI) to build robust AI agents and MCP-based data access
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions, ensuring scalability, testing, and documentation

Key Requirements

•Must have strong experience in Python and building scalable applications focused on GenAI
•Proficient with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) with solid schema design
•Knowledge of or exposure to Snowflake Cortex is a plus
•Experience with LLMs, embeddings, document chunking, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
•Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Crew AI) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts
