Job Summary

Lead the India-based GSP Category Execution Hub as APAC’s regional leader for capital construction commercial execution. Own the strategy-to-execution bridge—driving RFx excellence, contract and negotiation support, cost modeling and advanced commercial analytics, supplier governance, and scalable sourcing processes. Partner with category leadership, project leaders, commercial managers, engineering, and onsite focal resources to ensure commercial readiness, risk visibility, and disciplined execution across India, Korea, Taiwan, and China.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow the India Hub team for sourcing execution, cost modeling, analytics, and supplier performance; drive RFx, contracting support, benchmarking, market intelligence, and commercial governance workflows.
•Oversee the full RFx lifecycle for complex construction, engineering, cleanroom, and fit-out packages; set negotiation strategy and ensure commercial alignment across projects and markets.
•Manage supplier strategy, governance, and performance, including capability assessments, long-term tracking, and supplier-development programs across APAC construction categories.
•Develop and deliver advanced analytics—high-fidelity cost models, inflation indexes, dashboards, and commercial risk heatmaps—to support capital planning and decision-grade insights.
•Scale sourcing support across India, Korea, Taiwan, and China by establishing standardized processes, templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks; drive continuous improvement and supplier accountability.

Key Requirements

•12–15+ years of experience in capital construction procurement, category management, or large-program commercial operations.
•Proven experience leading complex, multi-package tenders for manufacturing, cleanroom, semiconductor, life-sciences, or advanced infrastructure projects.
•Deep expertise in commercial negotiation, contract terms, risk allocation, claims strategy, and cost governance.
•Proven leadership ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
•Strong analytical capability in cost modeling, market intelligence, benchmarking, and financial analysis, with stakeholder influence across functions and geographies.
