Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain alignment between credit/collections activities and the organization’s customer relations strategy.
  • •Implement credit policies to manage risk, support prompt payments, and minimize credit losses.
  • •Contact customers about delinquent payments, prepare status reports, and address problem debts.
  • •Manage customer accounts using portals for PO delivery, invoicing, and payments, handling credit and collection functions.
  • •Handle sophisticated, large, or difficult credit accounts to minimize outstanding debts while ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key Requirements
