Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 3–5 analog design engineers to build analog and mixed-signal IPs (PLLs, ADCs, DACs, filters, LDOs) for the mmWave radar front-end subsystem.
  • •Assess system-level requirements and perform architectural analysis to balance power, performance, and die area metrics.
  • •Oversee design implementation and ensure thorough verification to achieve first-pass silicon success.
  • •Review post-silicon performance reports and drive debug actions with other R&D teams as needed.
  • •Define and execute IC design R&D roadmaps, provide guidance to business/application teams, and select, develop, and evaluate personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on analog IC design.
  • •7+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal nanometer CMOS IC design.
  • •Experience designing and owning analog/mixed-signal IPs (with PLLs or data converters as a plus).
  • •Experience with lab measurements and driving post-silicon debug.
  • •Ability to mentor young engineers and communicate effectively across cross-functional stakeholders.
