Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full lifecycle of complex server deployment projects in large-scale data centers, ensuring optimal resource utilization and high-quality delivery.
  • •Develop and manage deployment schedules, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration to align project requirements and deliverables across supply chain and data center teams.
  • •Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and effective communication.
  • •Evaluate server performance and infrastructure, improve monitoring/reporting processes, and communicate progress and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Proven technical program management experience focused on server deployment and capacity planning in large-scale data centers, including leading complex multi-site projects.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and advanced data analytics.
  • •Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, including working with diverse teams and executive stakeholders.
  • •Cross-region deployment experience is highly advantageous; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
