Lead clinical quality improvements by conducting case audits, partnering with BCBAs for coaching on documentation and case conceptualization, and serving as a trusted resource for complex cases. Build and refine quality assurance processes to track and resolve findings, translate audits into actionable client-outcome improvements, and develop quarterly CEU training. Integrate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision and clinical consultation while supporting professional growth across the team.
