  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology transfer plans for facilities technologies and processes.
  • •Partner with Facilities/Industrial/Planning Engineers to develop tool utility databases, templates, and utility matrices.
  • •Drive continuous improvement to optimize facility systems, enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve transfer execution.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and communicate program metrics including utility capacity, transition costs, and performance-to-plan measurements.
  • •Develop and maintain tools/systems for improved communication, data collection, reporting, and information sharing during transfers.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in Data Science, Engineering, Semiconductor, or related field.
