Lead maintenance for a manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-efficient upkeep of equipment, grounds, and process systems. Key Responsibilities

•Schedule and plan daily maintenance assignments and assist with headcount and shift work planning under the Maintenance Supervisor.
•Perform on-site service and repair of process equipment and maintain the facility, communicating parts inventory levels.
•Troubleshoot and service energy sources on equipment and implement the preventative maintenance program.
•Mentor, train, and certify junior maintenance technicians in repair procedures; identify cost-saving opportunities.
•Follow OSHA/EPA and company safety practices; order spare parts and update accurate end-of-shift reports and work order records in Oracle.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.08 - 47.12 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma required; 2-year technical school in electrical/maintenance is preferred.
•5-10 years maintenance experience, with 2 years of experience with a degree in mechanical or electrical discipline preferred.
•Ability to read schematics and basic electronic troubleshooting skills, including vacuum troubleshooting and leak detection.
•Read electrical and mechanical drawings and technical manuals; ability to read prints and suggest modifications.
•Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and understanding of SPC and process control techniques.
