Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary client point of contact onsite and provide overall management administration for projects.
  • •Oversee design reviews and estimates, coordinate design team actions and approval processes, and coordinate value engineering initiatives.
  • •Monitor budget and schedule adherence, review cash flow projections, and conduct construction and design schedule review and analysis.
  • •Manage owner-directed vendors and consultants, oversee procedures during construction and design cycles, and ensure quality control throughout work in place and invoice processing.
  • •Support contract negotiations and manage claims avoidance, contract disputes, schedule variances, and change management (RFI, CO/PCO).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience with federal projects, or equivalent experience and/or education.
  • •Must be able to pass client background check including motor vehicle check and drug screen.
  • •Requires project and client management experience, including management of multiple complex projects and stakeholders.
  • •Demonstrated cost and schedule management skills with ability to deliver on time under pressure.
