Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute DtP artwork on initiative teams using knowledge of the DtP process, supply chain fit-for-use requirements, copy management, artwork assembly, and print feasibility to ensure quality.
  • •Partner with Marketing, Design, R&D, Legal, and Regulatory to understand design intent and identify claim and copy requirements.
  • •Plan and manage artwork execution work and critical path schedule; own escalations and artwork change management to enable timely, informed decisions.
  • •Create and manage projects in Enovia and WebCenter and provide low-level support to the multifunctional team.
  • •Continuously improve quality, productivity, and efficiency through innovative ideas and search/reapply learning; track and report E2E artwork success measures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,300 - 96,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent education (a two- or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred).
  • •Solid understanding of the artwork copy process, copy components, and accountable functions in the claim approval/translation process.
  • •Solid understanding of the assembly process (including internal and at BVE) and overall BU structure, brand equity, and hierarchy.
  • •Demonstrated ownership and accountability with a sense of urgency; comfortable with change and able to influence and enable data-based, timely decisions.
  • •Deep understanding of pre-press/printing industry standards, print production/processes, press capabilities, inks, substrates, specialty finishes, proofing, and print trials.
