Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process optimization and project management across horizontal functions supporting Enterprise Learning & Development.
  • •Partner with teams across L&D for accurate and efficient budget planning and incident management.
  • •Consult with Finance and HR Business Risk Office, maintaining communication and building forecasting and proactive mitigation actions.
  • •Prepare monthly business review (MBR) reporting for learning leadership, ensuring data integrity for budget, headcount, and risk metrics.
  • •Forecast future budget needs and build ongoing socialization plans to communicate budget, risk management, and third-party vendor roadmaps.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,900 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in project, process, program, or quality management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in risk management, budget and financial management, or consulting.
  • •Ability to navigate a large organization to influence on-time deliverables across multiple job families.
  • •Confident communicator (verbal and written) with data-driven storytelling to influence a range of audiences.
