Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site supervision of the LWD process, including tool preparations, data acquisition, log generation, quality control, and delivery of services to the customer.
•Serve as the lead engineer on most jobs and ensure customer-facing data is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.
•Provide expected/needed data to the customer and identify/correct operational problems to prevent or minimize service impact.
•Provide technical consultation covering mud hydraulics, Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) planning, formation evaluation, drilling tendencies, mud system, and BHA dynamics.
•Complete required job documentation and ensure daily LWD reports are completed and distributed to customer drilling teams and the MWD coordinator.

Key Requirements

•Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four years of field experience in LWD.
•Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline is preferred.
•Completion of the basic M/LWD training program.
•Must possess relevant on and offshore safety certificates.
•Must be able to demonstrate technical aptitude to required standards.
