•Coach, mentor, and strengthen a team of 7 QA engineers while building your coaching capability to scale.
•Partner with Product and Tech Leads to understand the product roadmap and plan QA support for group projects.
•Drive adoption of AI-powered quality engineering to improve defect prevention, test intelligence, and product quality outcomes.
•Identify opportunities to improve quality, set goals, and lead actions for the Editing and Productivity groups QA team.
•Perform structured performance reviews, run regular 1:1s, and participate in hiring and QA goal-setting across the Design Experience supergroup.
