Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the recruiting team in coordinating candidate interviews (phone, virtual, and in-person)
  • •Streamline the interview process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • •Evaluate and recommend recruiting strategies and solutions to improve efficiency
  • •Partner with sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers to build interview plans
  • •Assist recruiting operations in scaling recruiting infrastructure from the ground up

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 35 - 50 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • •Experience in an operational role working with cross-functional team members
  • •Experience in roles requiring a high bar for customer service
  • •Experience working in an environment focused on continuous process improvements
  • •Experience working on or closely with a recruiting team (nice to have)
