Key Responsibilities

  • •Support integration of new smart technology and manage integration of new assets across Smart Field Services and partners.
  • •Shape long-term smart rollout, maintenance, and replacement programmes.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities by interpreting complex data and working with Smart Field Services Management.
  • •Deliver improvement projects focused on process efficiency, performance enhancement, and consistency with upstream and downstream parties.
  • •Lead governance meetings with senior stakeholders at smart meter MOPs and implement process/system improvement plans with reporting and data management solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to HNC level or equivalent experience delivering significant change, IT solution delivery, or metering operations.
  • •Extensive experience in IT solutions delivery or project management, including managing significant change and cross-party projects.
  • •Good understanding of customer business IT systems (e.g., SAP, Meterflow, CRM, Ui5).
  • •Knowledge of smart metering, metering operations, and industry processes across data management, clerical processes, fieldwork, and interfaces.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting complex data to senior management.
