SEMVision(Defect Analysis) Process Support Engineer

Provide on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair support for complex semiconductor process equipment. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge manufacturing processes, including running hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs). Analyze experimental data using statistics, compile reports, and troubleshoot difficult process and customer product issues through root-cause analysis. Communicate across internal stakeholders and customers to build trust and achieve goals.
