Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead resolution of scheduling challenges as an MES/Scheduling expert.
  • •Perform data analysis to optimize schedules, including equipment log analysis and improvement proposals.
  • •Manage Fab Auto Stage Ratio to reduce Q-time violations and improve equipment standby.
  • •Develop dashboards and automation using RPA, SQL, and API.
  • •Drive scheduling and automation improvements at Fab15, strengthen cross-team collaboration, internalize best practices across sites, and improve MES troubleshooting responsiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of scheduling systems.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as SQL, RPA, UiPath, and Power BI.
  • •Basic knowledge of IE theories including statistics, TOC, and queuing theory.
  • •Ability to interpret and deploy global BKMs and improve through proposal and project execution.
  • •Training and coaching skills, including Power User development, plus strong communication in Japanese and English.
