Job Summary

Provide technical support for TPU products to customers and internal teams by combining hands-on laboratory work with process troubleshooting, product evaluation, and customer engagement. Conduct laboratory testing, formulation trials, experiments, and data analysis to resolve technical challenges and improve performance. Investigate customer complaints, maintain quality documentation, track technical service project plans, and deliver reports and presentations while serving as a technical liaison and gathering market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers, including process optimization and application guidance.
•Advise customers on resin selection, processing techniques, and equipment selection.
•Conduct laboratory testing, formulation trials, experiments, and data analysis to resolve technical challenges and improve product performance.
•Operate TPU laboratory equipment and perform chemical and physical testing, including mechanical testing and melt index analysis.
•Develop and manage technical service project plans and communicate results through technical reports, presentations, and status updates while serving as a technical liaison.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in thermoplastics, TPU, or a related industry.
•Strong knowledge of injection molding, extrusion, and polymer processing techniques.
•Experience with ASTM test methods, including mechanical testing and melt index analysis.
•Ability to perform hands-on laboratory and field-based technical work.
