Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the day-to-day administration of global equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and related transactions.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of equity transactions (approvals, grants, vests, exercises, releases, terminations) and act as escalation point for complex edge cases.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, People/HR, Legal) and external partners (stock plan provider, broker, transfer agent).
  • •Manage global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and compliance with SEC, IRS, tax, international, and accounting requirements, including Section 16 reporting with Legal and Morgan Stanley.
  • •Support executive compensation disclosures and board materials, and partner to design and administer executive compensation programs (STI, LTI, perquisites).

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive, hands-on equity administration experience in a global public company or stock plan provider, including people management experience.
  • •Strong understanding of executive compensation practices, proxy disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and corporate governance.
  • •Experience administering equity compensation with knowledge of tax and accounting implications, including global and international equity compliance.
  • •Familiarity with Solium/Shareworks Global Compliance and strong working knowledge of Morgan Stanley Shareworks (advanced preferred).
  • •Completion of CEP designation (or in progress) plus advanced analytical skills and strong Excel/quantitative abilities.
