Job Summary

Support the sales organization in all technical aspects of pre-sales and sales calls for Very Large Enterprise customers. Qualify sales leads from a technical standpoint, act as the main technical resource during customer conversations, and educate customers on features, specifications, integrations, and post-sales training. Leverage deep networking and security knowledge across LAN/WAN, routing/switching, VPN, firewalls, intrusion detection, and authentication/encryption protocols.

•Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint during pre-sales.

Key Requirements

•5–8 years experience in technical pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
•5–8 years experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
