Job Function: Marketing & Growth

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full marketing efficiency chain, connecting spend levels, marketing mix, channel setup, and creative performance into a coherent view while pressure-testing automation recommendations.
•Translate open questions into test plans, decision frameworks, and recommendations with stated assumptions and trade-offs.
•Own the signal layer (pixels, events, custom conversions), including configuration, optimization targets, and how signal quality affects results.
•Analyze the mechanics of paid platforms across Meta, Google, and TikTok, including campaign structure, bidding, budget optimization, audiences, and catalogs.
•Design and run rigorous experiments (lift tests, geo-lifts, ablation tests, pre/post analyses) with clear metrics, statistical power, and decision rules.

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics, computer science or similar, or equivalent hands-on analytical experience.
•5+ years in analytics, experimentation, measurement, or a comparable quantitative role.
•Strong experimentation foundations, including A/B and geo experiments, lift/incrementality testing, and statistical power/sample-size reasoning.
•Strong SQL skills with enough coding/BI experience to understand analysis details.
•Curiosity about how ad platforms work, comfort with imperfect data, and explicit assumptions; fluent English.
