Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and commercial dish and on-premise laundry machines.
  • •Deliver exceptional customer service to improve customer retention while serving accounts safely in urban, rural, and expressway conditions.
  • •Provide training and coaching to senior field service technicians.
  • •Perform required physical and on-site tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing/working on ladders and stairs, and operating equipment alarms and signals.
  • •Maintain on-call coverage that may include weekends, holidays, and night shifts while following regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in plumbing and/or mechanical/electrical experience, with preference for Mechanical Warewash (MWW) and On Premise Laundry (OPL) experience.
  • •Working knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for MWW and OPL programs, including the ability to read schematic drawings.
  • •Excellent skills using appropriate tools, data/implements, and service needs to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
  • •Proficiency using laptop and cell phone technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • •Valid driver’s license, ability to travel overnight occasionally, and ability to work onsite at customer locations; must live in the specified city.
