  • •Oversee and provide primary input for all process profiles and equipment set ups, including identifying, qualifying, and documenting process equipment.
  • •Own equipment process performance and drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making to close performance gaps.
  • •Own process-related reliability performance by identifying chronic losses, eliminating failure modes, and partnering with maintenance and operations to improve uptime.

Key Requirements
